Greetings everyone! For the next two months, I am designating this LEARN GROUP as THE place to keep up to date on all things DANA (including MDL projects, contests, results, updates, class info, new kits etc).

This will really save on my eyes until after the February surgery.

Magic word for Monday's Fortune Teller GAME

Now ... you maybe asking what does GLIMMER mean? I heard a segment on TV about finding more happiness - recognizing happiness even with health, money or other issues.

The jest of this idea .... is during the day - you will encounter a small glimmer of happiness --- a cup of coffee when the weather is cold, a furry head from a loved pet, a special text message asking how you are - (being remembered) and more.

IF you actively seek out acknowledging these moments ... instead of focusing on all the NEGATIVES ... your brain gets trained to start finding more and more GLIMMERS of happiness and your mental state will improve. Even slowly.

This also applies to creating!

Lets say you can't see .... or sit still very long.
